Whether through my organic corporate workshops, lunch and learns, or speed health coaching sessions, my purpose is to empower individuals with knowledge and resources, promoting a healthier individual and member of the workforce and community.

Lunch and Learns / Workshops

Perfect for the employer who would like to utilize their Wellness budgets for an ongoing series of topics or to integrate wellness into their corporate culture.  My  30- or 60-minute presentations are available via Zoom, or Live incorporating  business health guidelines.  NEW! Stress Guidance Program encompasses Body, Mind and Spirit. This is a Holistic approach to help relieve and manage the changes occurring in our work and home lives. Suggested topics: Boosting Your Immune System-An Inside Job,  Work/Life Balance, Digital Toxicity, CBD and Essential Oils and dozens more. Cost: $255.00 for Workplace Lunch and Learn/Workshop session:
  • One 60 minute session
  • Two 30 minute sessions

Speed Health Coaching 

Speed Health Coaching Sessions are geared for employees who have time limitations in their workday but still desire to make healthy changes or revisions to their individual wellness practice. These 20 or 25 minute onsite, Zoom or Tele-Coach sessions are confidential, private and perfect to help validate what is working well or where sustainable changes can be made in the individual's life.
 
Cost: $77/hour

Body Fat Analyzer

Onsite, 15-minute individual employee sessions that utilize the handheld Omron Fat Loss Monitor. Body Fat Analysis gives the most accurate data to help determine an individual's overall health. Participants are provided a handout in regard to their body fat composition as well as their BMI. The Body Fat Analyzer Service is the perfect adjunct to employee biometric screenings and health and benefit fairs.
 
Cost: $77/hour
